Place your water in your saucepan.

Place your bowl with your ingredients into your saucepan with water; put the stove on low and heat chocolate until fully melted.

Take ingredients of heat once melted and pour them into a blender. Whip the mixture up and place in freezer for five minutes.

  • 25.0g great quality white chocolate
  • 30.0g 45% milk chocolate
  • 35.0g 80% dark chocolate
  • 1.0 saucepan
  • 1.0 bowl
  • 1.0c water
  • 2.0c frothy milk
  • 1.0 blender
