Find something round to trace a circle on the purple construction paper. You may use a compass if you have one.

Trace a circle. I traced the inside circle to help me find the center easier.

Cut the circle out of the construction paper.

Cut on that line.

Get a piece of tape ready.

Draw another line about an inch away from the cone.

Cut
