How to make a tissue paper flower decoration

Here are your supplies.

Take the first sheet of tissue paper, and spread it out flat on your work area.

Rip 4 in. off of the little strip of paper. Now take the longer part, tie it around the center. Take the little piece, and place that underneath the longer piece.

This is what it should end up looking like.
