Get tissue paper

Pick your color and get 1 sheet

Fold in fourths

Cut in fourths

Over lap them

Now fold it accordion style.

Paper clip it in the middle

Fan it out

Take a strip of tissue paper and crinkle it up

Add the ball and your done
