Layer your baking dish with the baking paper and pour a base layer of the brownie mix in. We're going to lay the Tim Tams on top of this layer.

I love brownies with ice cream and I highly recommend having them this way. 😅 For maximum enjoyment, have the brownie warm with the cold ice cream. Enjoy!
