Buy a few succulent plants (Walmart)

Buy a large jar (Walmart)

Put layers of sand or rocks and top with dirt...then plant your succulents :)

Add your little animals and/or houses etc...

Turn it around and add more in the back so it's interesting on all sides :) water only occasionally when soil is very dry. Succulent plants store water in their leaves and therefore need little care.

Place in a focal point and enjoy your creation :) ...maybe change the scene with the seasons...at thanksgiving add a small turkey or native Americans, at Christmas add Santa & reindeer...etc
