Brown your ground beef or chuck. And then drain off fat and return ground beef to your pan.

Add taco seasoning and a small shot glass of water (or 2 tablespoons if you want to measure) I use my handy UGA glass ;) stir and simmer for 2 min and then remove from heat.

In a big bowl add your cheese of choice. I use Mexican shredded cheese.  Or you can use nacho cheese too. Those taste the best with this dish.

Preheat oven to temp on your crescent roll package. Take a pizza pan and lightly grease pan or line with foil and then spray foil (easier cleanup with the foil).

Take one piece of crossaint roll and lay the wider side down and hang the smaller side off the side if pan as pictured above. Press the fatter side down and to the side.

Keeping adding the crossaints making sure to press the tips together until you have made a complete circle. The farther apart you lay them the more you will need. I make a smaller one tonight.

Now using a small spoon spread the meat mixture around the thick part if your crossiant as pictures above.  Use your hand to build the mounds of meat around in a circle as you lay it with a spoon.

Roll the small edges over the meat mixture and press edges down. Once complete you will have what looks like a wreath. Place in oven and back for about 16-18 min. Cook until bread is baked.

Remove from oven and serve with your optional toppings of Sour Cream, Salsa, and Guacamole. Enjoy! This heats up very well if there are any left overs

Please note: the meat mixture can be frozen after cooking for a make ahead faster meal. So feel free to cook a bunch and freeze for later. :)
