First you have to find a design on the computer that you like. Then you have to print it out on a piece of vellum paper.

Now you must get the screen.

Now you must get the screen.

Next you take the screen and the emulsion. Bring them into a dark room (because the emulsion is light sensitive and will harden in the light) and pour the emulsion into the squeegee.

After this you have to put the screen in a dark area for the screen to dry over night. I used a cabinet for mine.

Now tape the vellum paper on the screen. This should still be done in a dark area.

Now it is time to use the exposure unit. Take the screen, lay it face down across the exposure unit. Put the foam square in the inside of the screen.

Close the top of the exposure unit. Set the time for two minutes. Wait until the light turns off to take the screen out.

Now, take the vellum paper off the screen. Bring the screen to the sink and hose it down. Keep going until your image is fully white on the screen and there is no emulsion on the image.

Once the screen is fully dry attach it to the Riley Hopkins Press.

Spray the tray with an adhesive and put the t-shirt on the tray. After that get the ink and squeegee.

Lower the screen over the t-shirt. Make sure the screen is center. Now put a line of ink on the lower half of the screen horizontally. Use the squeegee to run the ink up and down the screen.

After you are done put the shirt through the Econo Cure (dryer).

The t-shirt should now be dry and ready to wear immediately.
