heat your oven on 200 degreese

break 3 eggs and put them in a bowl after that put the 75 grams of caster shuger in

then whisk it for 5 mins (an electric whisk would help)

then put a baking partchment on your baking tray and sith your 75gs of self-rasing flour on it then put whats in your bowl on to the tray and put it in the oven for round 10 - 12 mins

when you get the tray out it will look golden so flip your tray and put it on the cooling rack take the baking partchment of then spreed your jam role it and then you will have your lovely swiss roll.

then eat it

  • 3.0 eggs
  • 75.0g caster sugar
  • 75.0g self-rising flour
  • 3.0Tbsp jam
