Brown a roast in oil on both sides and place in a crockpot.
Mix soup and onion.
Add sugar.
Add salt.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Add mustard.
Add water.
Add vinegar.
Mix well. You can make the sauce ahead of time and put in fridge to make it thicker.
Pour sauce over pot roast in the crockpot.
Cook on high 2 hours, then low 8 hours.
When finished, remove roast from crockpot.
Shred, serve, and enjoy!
