I'm using ready make puff pastry sheets, cut in half and roll out till you have enough to line your pie dish. Not too thin though...

Fork the bottom of the pastry (helps cooking) and cut off the excess from rim of dish - you will use the excess for the top!

Open your cans of pie filling and pour them in. I find one tin is just not enough so two it is!!!

Put some milk in a bowl

Use milk to brush around the edge of the pastry

Roll out extra pastry and cover the pie!

Cut off excess and pinch down edges to make sure they stick together. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 15 mins then turn down oven to 180\u00b0C or 350\u00b0F and bake for a further 15-20 mins until top is golden.

Leave to cool for half hour or so then cut, serve and enjoy!!!!!
