How to make a strawberry rose

Find a space where you can start garnishing.

Carefully start slicing downward to make the first petal. --Use edge of the knife to fan out the cut outward like a petal.

Cut the second row of the petals. --Layer between the first row.

Cut the top of the berry and your done.
