Get all of the ingredients.
Put 2 yogurt cups into the blender.
Pour pineapple chunks into the blender with the yogurt.
Pour frozen strawberries into the blender. Remember to avoid using the full bag of strawberries.
Next, pour about 2 cups of orange juice into the blender.
Add 10 ice cubes into the blender.
Now, blend all the ingredients.
Next, add sugar. (You can add as much as you like).
Now, blend the sugar into the blender.
This is how the smoothie should look or similar.
Reminder: Never leave the smoothie in the refrigerator for more than 2 days. Add ice, sugar, and a couple of strawberries to the smoothie for flavor if you try to drink it later.
