How to make a strawberry charm out of rainbow loom

Here is the pattern that we will be using to make the strawberry charm today. The numbers are the orders that we will be placing the bands.

You will need 5 green bands, 20 red bands, you loom and your hook. Let's get started 😀

Take 2 green bands and place them over the left and center peg. Take 2 more and place them over the right and center peg.

Take 2 red bands and place them one the first and second pegs on the left side.

Put another 2 red bands on the second and third pegs on the left side.

Take 2 more red bands and place them on the third peg on the left to the fourth peg in the center.

Take 2 red bands and place them on the first and second peg on the center row.

Put 2 more red bands on the second and third pegs on the center row.

Get 2 more red bands and place them on the third and fourth pegs on the center row.

Take 2 more red bands and place them on the first and second pegs on the ride side.

Take 2 more red bands and place them on the second peg on the right side and the third peg on the center row.

Now we are going to be placing the capping bands. Take 2 red bands and make a triangle over three pegs.

Take 1 red band and double it over the third peg on the center row and the third peg on the left side.

It will look like this.

Take 1 red band and wrap it around your hook three times.

Place it on the fourth peg on the center row.

Turn your loom around and it's time to start looping 😀

Put your hook in the center peg. Pull back the capping band and grab the first 2 rubber bands on top.

Pull it carefully to the next peg in the row. If you followed the placing of bands it will go forward.

Tech back in the capping band and grab the other two bands.

Move them to the right side. Reach in the peg and grab the 2 bands. Pull those bands forward onto to the next peg.

Grab the first 2 bands and move those bands to the left. You will be able to tell where the bands should go when you grab them.

Reach back in the same peg and grab the next 2 bands. Move the forward.

So far your strawberry should look like this.

Put your hook in the peg and grab the 2 bands. Move them forward.

Go to the next row and do the same thing.

One more row.

Grab the last 2 red bands and move them forward.

Now it's time to do the green bands.

Reach in the peg and grab the 2 green bands. Move them to the center.

Go to the right side and do the same thing.

Now it's time to finish off our strawberry 😀

Put your hook into the peg and go out the side. Put 1 green band on the end of the hook. Hold onto one end of the band and pull the other end with the hook.

Place the end you were holding and put it on the hook. Pull the closest end (the one that was already on the hook up). Take the other end that is on the hook and pull it through.

This will create a slip knot. The is what keeps your charm together. Holding all the rubber bands in place. Now it's time to pull it off the loom 😀

When you pull it off you will have to do a little bit of adjusting to make it look just right.
