INGREDIENTS
The leftover steak
Cut into bite size pieces
heat the steak up
Crack eggs into small bowl
Scramble together using a fork
add salt and pepper
Grate cheese
Once the steak is warm, add the eggs
After it cooks for a little, start moving the edges inside
After all edges are pushed in
Flip over and let cook for a few minutes.
Top with cheese
Place on a plate and serve
