I didn't use a very big pot since I was the only one who was going to eat it. I filled this small pot about half way with water and put it on med high (about 7) on the stove top.
My family bought these small potatoes for dinner about 5 days ago while I was in Houston. I peeled and cut these into bit size pieces.
We made salad to go along with dinner the other night and has left over baby carrots. I just cut the carrots that were a little bigger in half. I didn't use very many, just eyeball it.
I bought this at cvs a few weeks ago, and since I didn't have any broth, I used this.
I opened this and dropped it into the boiling water before I put the potatoes and carrots.
Whenever I make stir fry I use zucchini. I've had this bag for about 2 months. It's the frozen kind, works just the same. I just got about a handful.
While everything cooks go ahead and get some turkey or/and ham if you want. I used it because I wanted some kind of meat. Throw it in, season to taste if you'd like more and let it cook.
You'll know when it's done cooking when you try a carrot and potato and they're butter soft. For precise people I cooked it about 15 -20 mins, and never changing the heat. Just check about every 5mins
After I noticed it was done I threw in some leftover white rice from last night and mozzarella .
I used half a lime, which is completely optional.
- 1.0 Chicken Bouillon (cube)
- 1/4c Baby carrots
- 3.0c Water
- 2.0 Small Potatos
- Zucchini
- Seasonings
- Rice (optional)
- Cheese(Optional)
- Sandwich cut ham and turkey

I love to cook, but I've never been to culinary school. I've just been cooking since I was 8. I also love to draw, sew and do other crafty things. Stay tuned!
