Wash, clean or peel any fresh vegetables as needed. Add ice, fruit and veggies in any order add peanut butter, chia seeds,juice or milk Blend until frothy. Add quick cook oatmeal as an option.

  • 1.0c Ice
  • 2.0 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2c Dragon Kale Leaves
  • 1/2c Fresh Spinach
  • 2.0Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1.0 Ripe Pear chopped and seeded
  • 1.0 Stalk of Celery
  • 1.0tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.0c Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • 2.0c Water, Juice or Almond Milk (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2c Quick cook oatmeal (for a heartier drink)
  • 1/2 Fresh or frozen mango, optional
