Pour the choc chips into a bowl.
Pour in the milk.
Add the marshmallows and mix together.
Melt the chocolate and pour it on top of the mixture.
Put the rest of the marshmallows on top.
Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Mmmmmm
Dip your biscuit into your S'mores dip and enjoy!
 1 and a half bars of Cooking Chocolate
1.0c Marshmallows
 A few biscuits 
 Milk
