Gather your ingredients from your local grocery store. Which will include, cornflakes, almonds, pumpkin seeds, vanilla extract, yogurt, milk, strawberries, blueberries, syrup (or honey) and chia seed.
Materials needed are a blender, and a bowl of any size.
Put your frozen strawberries, maple syrup, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract in the blender.
Blend it all together. Be mindful that your consistency should be thicker than your typical smoothie so you can eat it with a spoon.
Carefully pour your smoothie into a bowl of any size.
First lay down a couple of cut up strawberries (the number you use may vary depending on the size of your bowl). Next, add some cornflakes along the side of the strawberries.
Take a handful of pumpkin seeds and drop them next to the strawberries on the opposite side of the cornflakes.
Next you will want to take some almonds, you can get them pre sliced or whole, lay them next to the cornflakes. If you are allergic to nuts you can substitute for bananas or something else you enjoy.
After the almonds you will want to take blueberries and drop them next to the almonds. Since they are smaller you might want to use a spoon instead of your fingers to place these.
Lastly you will want to place your chia seeds next to your blueberries. If you don't like chia seeds or any of these ingredients feel free to get creative and make this in a way best for you.

- 1.0Tbsp Maple syrup or Honey
- 0.0tsp Pure vanilla extract
