All the necessary supply's
Making the base of the cake: 1.Mash cookies into grainy peaces 2.Mix them with the melted butter 3.Stamp mashed/mixed cookies in to the baking tray.
Making the filling: 1.Mix yogurt with the jam(if jam is without berries then add fresh ones) 2.Mix jam yogurt with melted gelatine 3.Pour the filling in to the baking tray.
Voilà! Its ready to be placed in to the fridge. Congeal time may wary for my fridge it takes 1-1,5hrs :)
- 1.0l Yogurt
- 0.0l Jam (liquid jam) I used homemade raspberry
- 20.0g Gelatin
- 350.0g Cookies (medium sweet)
- 100.0g Butter
- Berries (optional)
