Start off with a sheet of blank white paper, folded in half.

Cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the front of the white paper.

I made this tag using stamps. You could use markers instead if you prefer.

Cut a piece of ribbon and a piece of lace that are the same length as the length of the card.
