Gather your ingredients
Clean your potatoes and cut them into small pieces (Easy for mashing).
Boil your Potatoes until soft (to your liking)
Cut onions, add meat and onions to skillet. Let the bottom brown, then mix up he meat to let the top brown and cook through.
Add soup mix and beef broth. Let the broth simmer out and stir every once in a while.
Add milk to the potatoes and add milk/heavy cream to make it as creamy as you want.
Spread a thick layer of potatoes over the inside of a glass baking bowl. Leaving enough space to stuff meat and top with more potatoes
Add meat mixture into the middle. Spread a thick layer of potatoes (1-2 inches thick) onto the top as to form a potatoes crust on the top.
Bake potatoes, uncovered in oven at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Once the potatoes on the top brown and begin to crisp a little, your pie is done!!!
Pull out of oven and dish up.
Sit down and enjoy!!

- 1/2lb Ground beef
- 1.0 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1.0 Can of Beef broth
- 1.0 Package of Onion Soup Mix
- Salt and Pepper
