How to make a scrumptious homemade lasagne

You can have so much tasty fun by adding all your fave ingredients and mixing it up a little :)

Peel our tomatoes over a bowl so you catch all of the juice

After frying your vegetables add the onion and crushed garlic to the pan (as much garlic as you like)

Add your mince, 2 oxo/stock cubes and whatever herbs and spices you enjoy. I am adding black pepper, oregano and cumin.

Next the cheese sauce

Melt 3 large spoons of butter in a pan. Next take off the heat and add two large spoons of plain flour and pepper

Mix into a paste

Next take back to a low heat and slowly add 1.5 cups of milk whilst whisking the mix together. Lastly add 2 large spoons of cheese spread and a cup of grated cheddar.

Keep the heat low and whisk until all the mixture has melted together. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.

Add the rest of the cheese sauce and spread around. If the sauce has thickened in the pan just reheat before doing this step.

Here you can add any extra toppings like : *grated cheese *Crumbled nachos and grated cheddar for a crispy topping *Pepperoni (really tasty on top) *vegetables

You can also leave the topping plain. My husband prefers this so I am leaving it plain today. Pepperoni, chopped jalapeƱo's and grated cheddar is my Favourite topping though! ;)
