Preheat your oven to about 180°C or 350°F. Get your pie dish out and to the side, or you can make individual pies like I did.

Gather your supplies, put your headphones on and start some music! I'm using ready made pastry for ease, and I'll make one pie with quorn bacon as my fianc\u00e9 is a vegetarian.

Cook your sausages to almost done. As they will cook in the oven with the pie I didn't want to cook them all the way through.

Roll out your pastry and cut it into quarters if you're making individual pies or just half if making one big pie.

Prick the bottom with a fork, this will help with the cooking and stop the base from rising.

As my fianc\u00e9 is a vegetarian, I'm using Quorn bacon instead of the real thing. You can also use quorn sausages, but I kinda forgot to buy them.. Ssshhhh....

Using your sausages and bacon (which is raw), make a little "dam" for your egg/s. If you're making one big pie, twist the bacon and use it to make dividing "walls" between the eggs or use sausages.
