From the leftover piece cut a 10 inch by 36 inch piece

Sew your s15 inch strips together on the short side

Fold your long strip in half right sides together.  Sew  along the long edge.  1/2 inch seam alliwance.  Leave the ends open

Turn the tube right side out and press

Attach your seam guide so it is 1 and 1/4 inches from the needle
