How to make a ruffle flower

Measure & cut out 12 circles of felt. Mine were 1.5 inches across.

Set a single circle aside. For the remaining circles, place a dot of hot glue in the center of a circle ...

Squeeze together for about 10 seconds. Do this for each " petal."

One you've made your petals, place a dot of glue to the bottom of each petal and glue to a single felt circle.

Continue all the way around, overlapping the petals as you go.

Spiral the petals until you can fill in the top. Voila!!
