How to make a rose out of tissue paper

First , cut the tissue paper . For how big you want the flower to be .

Next , fold a little bit of the tissue paper .

Then , start to wrap a little piece of the folded part of the tissue paper on the pipe cleaner .

After , keep wrapping and pinching the tissue paper on to the pipe cleaner , so it looks like a flower . There should be no more tissue paper to wrap now .

Finally , take a long piece of tape and tape the end of the flower onto the pipe cleaner .
