Mark spacing along bottom edge of ribbon. I used 3 1/2" for large 2 1/2 " for small flowers

Use needle and thread to sew a running stitch along length of ribbon.

With needle and thread still attached pull gathering threads to create five petals.  Sew first and last petals together. Knot and trim threads.

  • Ribbon: two 2 yard lengths for ties
  • Felt: 1 1/4" circle, 1 1/4" x 1/2" rectangle
