get your bread/rolls and spread your mayo on ( very lightly, Mayo is optional )

cut the avocado by getting a sharp knife and slicing it all the way down the middle, until you hit the nut and go all the way around. You should be able to pull it apart into two neat halves.

wash & chop your lettuce, I prefer to use baby or rocket. It's all up to you . Also, you should now prepare whatever other fillings you want.

add salt/pepper to taste if you want however, salt is not recommended if you're looking to be healthy.

put the other slice on top ( if having a closed sandwich ) and enjoy !

  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • other veg of your choice
  • Light mayonnaise ( if you want )
