INGREDIENTS
These are the ingredients of the biscuit: 4 eggs (on the picture are only 3 i know), 4 tbsp sugar, 4 tbs flour and 1 tsp baking powder
Mix eggs and sugar until very foamy
Add flour carefully
Put the mixture in the oven (20 minutes, 180 degrees)
The biscuit would suffice for 2 cakes, you can freeze the leftover
Let it cool down
You can put some chocolate over the biscuit and let it cool down, so it has a crispy layer.
The ingredients for the curd filling: 3 eggs (separated),175 g sugar, 1 sachet of vanillasugar (10 g) or vanilla extract, 1 deciliter water, cream curd cheese, 6 leaves of gelatin, 2 deciliters cream
Mix egg yolks, sugar, vanillasugar until it's smooth
Add curd cheese and stir the mixture
Add some pureed strawberries ( next step )
Soften the gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes
Put a part of the curd mixture in a pan and heat it until it's warm
Add the expressed gelatin and stir fast
Add the gelatine mixture to the other curd mixture and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes
In this time you can beat the egg whites and the cream
Stir the egg whites and the cream in the curd mixture and put it for a few minutes invthe fridge ( so you can prepare the raspberries)
Purée 300 grams of raspberries with some sugar
Sieve the raspberries
Soften 2 leaves of gelatin for about 5 minutes in cold water
Heat 3/4 of the puréed raspberries
Put the softened gelatin into the warm raspberries
Spread the raspberries on the (chocolate) biscuit
Put the curd mixture over the biscuit and put it in the fridge over night
When the filling is ready ( the next day), spread the rest of the raspberries on the top of the cake.

- 4.0 Eggs

- 1.0 dl water
- 175.0g Sugar

- 300.0g Raspberries
- Sugar
- 2.0 Leaves of gelatin
