Take your 3 time looped rubber band and pull it off the hook and onto the 2 bands like so

These will be petals. Make 4 more

Take your last rubber band

Line up all the petal parts and slip the other end back on to the hook

Like so. Pull the back part if the rubber band off and tightly pull it so it will hold all the petals in place.
