A few sliced mushrooms

About 1/2 package

Couple capfuls

Add frozen corn, about a cup

A bit of sugar

Few shakes of salt

Some basil

Use divided plate. Add frozen raspberries, trail mix, and an orange peeled and divided. Healthy and quick to throw together using rough measurements. Bonus: there will enough for 2-3 more lunches!
