Here are your ingredients
3 eggs
Beaten
Heat your skillet medium high with 1 tbls oil
Cook eggs
Slice your Chinese sausage. I use about 5
Chop your eggs
Sauté Chinese sausage jst enough to bring out the aroma and color. No oil necessary. The sausage is fatty enough
Half an onion
Chopped and sautéed
Chopped garlic
Add a heaping tbls garlic. I like it garlicky ;-)
Sauté
Add about 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed veggies
Add about 3 tbls soy sauce
Season to taste
Sauté 7-9 mins
Add cold cooked rice
Break rice as you sauté on medium high heat
Add cook and sliced sausage and eggs
Yumm!!
