Get your ingredients!

Mix in 1 teaspoon stevia or sweetener of your choice.

Spoon into a cup about 3/4 of the sweetened yogurt.

Add the handful of blueberries or berry of your choice.

Spoon in the rest of the sweetened yogurt.

Put 1/2 of a graham cracker in a sandwich bag.

Crush the graham cracker.

Place a few blackberries on top and sprinkle on the crushed graham cracker. Tadah! You have healthy, protein packed snack! Enjoy!
