Get bread
Put butter on knife then spread on bread
Get ham (sandwich filling) cut it open using a knife
Put it in bread
Get crisps
Cheese
Add fruit (tomatoes etc) for your five a day and you're done!!!! Remember a drink and if you want add a biscuit or yogurt!
It's really quick and easy to take away! If taking away, make and pack it in advance.... Hope this helps xx
