How to make a quick and easy chop salad
Take simple ingredients from your fridge and make a quick delicious salad

INGREDIENTS
This recipe is of preference so if there is something you don't like, take it out or substitute it! There is no exact serving size/quantities so go with how many you will be serving (I served 3)
Also, please be careful with cutting! I recommend doing this with a bit of knife skills so there aren't any band-aids needed :)

Wash your veggies

Ingredients

First, line up your lettuce

Then carefully cut horizontally across your lettuce

Chop those horizontal strips in half or more

Add to your mixing bowl

Next, get celery

Cut down the stock on each for long narrow strips and cut those strips done the middle (making 8 strips from two stocks)

Chop up the strips

Add in mixing bowl

Cut your carrot down the long way

Chop and cut off the root stubs at the fat end if you'd like and cut the larger pieces in half

Add in mixing bowl

Cut your cucumber in half, then half again

Chop up

Add in mixing bowl

Cut off desired width from the onion

Add in mixing bowl

Stack your cheese slices

Cut down then across, it should resemble lots of squares. Then separate them with your hand

Add in mixing bowl

Add in your goldfish ( these act as croutons!)

This is how it should look like

Add your dressing (in the beginning I had Russian but I changed it)

After adding the dressing

Get tongs or salad mixers to mix!

Finally, serve! I hope you enjoy!
