Make a Puff Pastry Chorizo and Bacon Bake

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Roll your ready prepared puff pastry to the desired shape and size, this particular pastry is from Asda and costs £1
Cover the pastry with your desired pesto, I have used a grilled veg type which has ricotta in
Cut your bacon into strips, I never eat bacon with the fat on, but each to their own, leaving the fat on will provide a much crisper texture :)
Prepare the other components - tomatoes, mozzarella and red onion, and wash the spinach in a colander! Starting with the spinach, dress the pastry on top of the pesto, then add the other components
Sprinkle dried oregano and oil onto the bake before putting into the oven
Place into a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25mins
In the meantime, prepare your dressing for your bake
After 25mins this is the finished bake :) yummmmmmy
Finally dress with wild rocket, balsamic vinegar and a salad dressing of your choice, I have gone for hellmans 0%fat French dressing as its sweet and compliments the wild rocket, sit back and enjoy :)
