First we need a marble floor
A lot of flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil.....as required
Then using a kneading machine....
.....the dough wil be ready in ten minutes
Now need strongs arms
And strongs hands.....
....but also delicate....
....to work after two hours of leavening each small piece of dough
With precision
Decision
And delicacy
To be able to fly high our Pizza
Then land it for garnish
With tomato
Mozzarella
And whatever seasoning you like
Until the Pizza is ready
To be cooked
In a wood-fired oven of course!
For the right time
And be eaten warm......asap :-)
