Obtain supplies
Use measuring cup to measure one cup of frozen mango
Measure one cup of baby spinach leaves
Put the measured mango and spinach into the blender
Cut and squeezed oranges until you have at least a 1/2 cup of juice
Measure a half a cup of orange juice
Measure a half a cup of unsweetened almond milk.
Add the juice and almond milk into the blender
(Optional) add whey protein powder for an extra boost of energy
Blend all ingredients together until it is smooth and creamy.
Pour smoothie in cup
(Optional) Top it off with whipped cream to satisfy your sweet tooth (not featured) and add bendy straw
