You need: 1 banana, 1 beetroot, 3 large carrots
Cut the ingredients into small pieces.
Put them into a jar.
Add 1 teaspoon of Maca powder. It is high in fiber and minerals and the perfect energy boost!
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla protein powder. You do not need to add this. I just like it in there ;)
Add water so you can blend all the ingredients to the perfect smoothie!
Voilà! I put coconut and chia seeds on top!
