Then add your butter and flour
Then rub with you finger tips until a breadcrumb mixture
Then put your milk and eggs into a jug and put aside
Then peal all of your potatoes
Then bring your potatoes to a boil and wait for them to go soft
Then crush your potatoes
Then add you milk and eggs to your potatoes
Then pour your milk and eggs into the flour
Keened until no longer sticky
And fry until golden brown on both sides
