Greek yogurt is great protein after a workout. Flax seed has healthy omega-3. Add as much of anything as desired
Blender and single serve cup. (Larger or anything will work)
Fill with ingredients. Order does not matter
Start to blend until all mixed up
Taste if it needs more of anything. For a creamier texture add more yogurt. For a thinner texture add more milk. To sweeten add agave.
Add more if needed and reblend.
