Pre heat your grill. I've adjusted heat to 375F. Use a seasoned pizza stone.
I placed crust on an edgeless cookie sheet to help me slide pizza on the stone. Put 1 to 2 Tbs. olive oil on crust.
Brush it all over
Add sliced provolone.
This brand, D&W is delicious. Slice thin.
Top the cheese.
Add the spinach. What, no spinach? Arugula/Rocket , what have you.
Top with the shredded mozzarella, as much as you like.
On to the pre- heated stone. Shut the lid.
This is after 12 minutes. Little more.
Don't forget to check the crust. We're at 15 minutes. Its coming off now. I used tongs to help pull the pie on to the cookie sheet.
Slice and serve.
And a nice beverage of your choice.
