Have out your whole milk, pre chopped pineapple, one apple, Greek yogurt, and a banana. My banana is over ripened, but it doesn't matter for what we're making because it will taste the same.
Chop up the apple, the pieces can be as big as you want them. But unless you want blended-up apple seeds in your smoothie I do suggest that you cut it.
Measure out a little over a 1/4 cup of pineapple. You can add a little more if you'd like.
Add all fruit to the blender
Measure out yogurt and milk (1/3 cup each) and put into blender as well
Blend on high until smooth
