Paint sides and edges of pineapple. Let dry.

If desired, sand wood base a little to give it a worn look. Next you will apply the vinyl WELCOME saying.

Center vinyl. It cannot be repositioned. Starting in middle and working to edges, apply pressure w/ popsicle stick to rub all of the air bubbles out. Rub entire surface of each letter.

Now pull the backing off. Start from the corner and go at an angle slowly. Take your time and this will work out perfectly! -

If desired, add scrapbook paper to top of pineapple by tracing top of pineapple onto paper of choice. Cut slightly inside your outline, about 1/8 of an inch.

Use sponge brush to apply thin, even coat white wood glue to surface where paper will adhere. Place paper and smooth out w/ palm & fingers.

If needed, use sanding paper to clean up uneven paper edges.
