This is what you will need.
Peel off the garlic. The more you add, the stronger your dipping sauce will be.
Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
Add cream cheese, I usually use two different kinds.
Add 3 table spoons of sour cream. Add more for more liquid dipping sauce, I prefer more spread-like consistence.
Add a spoon or so of mayonaise.
Mix all together and add salt or seasoning.
Squeze a little bit of lemon to enhance the flavour. Mix all together untill well blended. Use a hand mixer for smoother results.
The garlic spread is ready! Spoon on your favorite bread, potatoes or use to prepare perfect hamburgers (guide soon:). Will survive 5+ days in a fridge. Very convenient to have on your hand!
