Preheat oven to 150 fan forced
Ingredients
Seperate eggs be careful not to get any egg yolk in with the egg white if so start again
Beat egg whites till light and fluffy
Gradually pour sugar in
Continue to beat till sugar has dissolved
Add cornflour, vinergerrtee, vannila and beat on high till mixture peaks up when you lift the beater
Place mixture on tray and mould till simple shape is formed
Place in oven and reduce oven temperature to 120 and bake for an hour
Leave in oven for 3-5 minutes with door ajared so the pavola can cool down
Add whip cream and seasonal fruit
