How to make a paper top

Cut a piece of paper in half

Fold both of those in half

Fold each half into thirds. Then unfold it. ➡️

Fold one side down into a triangle

And fold the other side up into a triangle.

Repeat for the other paper

Fold the triangle into the middle.

Do the same for the other triangle, so that you have a square.

Repeat for the other paper

Fold one triangle down into a smaller triangle.

Like this. The do the same for the other triangle.

Now you have this bow tie shape. Unfold the triangles you just folded. Repeat for the other paper. ➡️➡️

Trace the creases. Repeat for the other paper.

Draw lines like this.

Then color in the lines you just drew on both papers, like this.

Now you have this.
