How to make a paper quilling letter

Draw letter lightly

I used a paper shredder to create our strips which are 1/2 of a cm. To make your outside frame you need to double that.

Cut out at the 1cm mark and fold in half

Cut slits in paper to be able to go around curved edges

Straight edges can be left alone

Using Elmer's...glue as you go

Create your Paper Quilled shape using these shapes or shapes of your own creation.

Continue until desired effect is achieved.
