How to make a paper mug

Cut you paper into an 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" piece

With your excess paper, cut a 1" by 4 1/2" for your handle.

Now place your 8 1/2" by 4 1-2" piece on the scoring board, longways.

Now make a scoring line at 1 1/2.

Now turn the paper sideways on the scoring board and score at 1/2.

Next, make a score line at 1 1/2, 2 1/2, 3 1/2, and so on.

Cut each square up to the line you've made on the scoring board.

Now on the section that you scored only 1/2, you will use your tape gun, or glue, and apply it to that strip.

Now stick it to the end of the piece and complete the circle.

Turn your cup so these flaps face up. Bend them towards the outside to make it easier to see. Now, fold the strips into the center, (I put the opposite flaps together) and tape them together.

The bottom is finished

For the handle, tape or glue a little section on the side you want showing.

Stick it on the mug. Then tape or glue the top of the strip standing up and stick that to the bottom of the side of the mug.
